The M-TECH Speedstar 1 Cellophaner is a manual, high-throughput cellophane wrapping machine designed to deliver professional retail-ready packaging at a fraction of the cost of comparable systems.

Capable of sealing up to 300 product packages per hour, the Speedstar 1 is ideal for wrapping CD Jewel Cases, DVD and Blu-ray Amaray cases, product cartons, and flat retail items. It laminates polypropylene film neatly around each product, producing a clean, tight wrap that enhances presentation and shelf appeal.

Unlike systems that rely on pre-cut sheets, the Speedstar 1 uses continuous polypropylene film rolls, which are wrapped, cut, and heat-sealed directly on the machine. This keeps operating costs exceptionally low — as little as one cent per wrapped product.

The machine offers excellent format flexibility, supporting packages up to 280 mm film width. Switching to a different film roll takes just two minutes, with no mechanical adjustments required.
