Semi-Automatic High-Speed Cellophane Wrapping Machine

The M-TECH Speedstar 3 Cellophaner is a semi-automatic evolution of the Speedstar series, designed to further increase speed, consistency, and ease of operation in professional packaging environments.

Building on the proven Speedstar 1 platform, the Speedstar 3 incorporates the SpeedstarPro film shaping system, which laminates the film around products more easily using a semi-automatic feeder. This reduces operator effort, improves wrap consistency, and increases productivity — even when operated by unskilled staff.

Like all Speedstar models, the Speedstar 3 uses continuous polypropylene film rolls, eliminating the need for pre-cut sheets and keeping running costs exceptionally low — around one cent per wrapped product. With minimal training, operators can achieve outputs of up to 300 wrapped items per hour.

The Speedstar 3 supports a wide range of product formats and film widths, making it ideal for wrapping CD, DVD, Blu-ray cases, cartons, and flat retail products in small to high-volume production environments.
