New-Pak Premium Black CD Tray

Single Disc Insert for Standard 10.4mm Jewel Cases (Black finish)

The New-Pak Premium Black CD Tray is a high-quality replacement insert tray designed for standard 10.4mm CD jewel case outers. Finished in a deep black colour, this tray provides a classic, professional presentation while securely holding a single disc.

Manufactured with crisp, precision moulding, these trays are substantially more robust than lower-grade alternatives, making them suitable for both professional duplication environments and home use. The solid black finish offers excellent contrast with disc artwork and printed inserts, giving your packaging a clean and consistent appearance.

New-Pak trays are fully RoHS compliant and moulded using high-specification equipment to ensure reliable fit, strength, and durability. Designed to withstand repeated assembly and disassembly, they are ideal for replacement projects, CD production, archiving, and retail packaging.

This tray is intended for use with separately purchased jewel case outers, allowing full flexibility when assembling or replacing CD packaging.

Please note: Outer jewel case cartons are not included and are sold separately.
